Four Foreign Investors Own Over 1 Million Square Meters Of Malls And Offices In Romania

NEPI, Immofinanz, AFI Euroe and Globalworth are now the four biggest foreign investors on Romania’s real estate market, with the four groups having assets worth EUR3.3 billion in their portfolio, according to a ZF analysis. The market share on shopping centers and offices stands at 20%.
