Dacian Ciolos has joined a new pro-EU Progressives party initiated by the party of Emmanuel Macron and European Parliament ALDE group leader Guy Verhofstadt, newstandard.ro reported.

Ciolos, former prime minister and former European commissioner, is among the party founders.
