Romania’s Economy No Longer Reliant On Bucharest

The revenue of the companies registered in Bucharest taken together has dropped 37% to 433 billion lei (EUR98 billion) the past seven years, so the capital city now accounts for only 37% of the total revenue of the companies in Romania compared with 63% in 2008.
