2005 Provision Values Ion Tiriac’s UniCredit Tiriac Stake At 3.6 Times The Net Asset

The UniCredit group, which will take over the 45% stake of businessman and former tennis player Ion Tiriac in UniCredit Tiriac Bank this month, was bound to buy it at a multiple of 3.6 to 3.8 of the net asset value under a 2005 contract. This means Tiriac might get more than EUR1 billion from UniCredit.
