Astra Asigurari Shareholders Approve RON490M Capital Raise

Shareholders of insurer Astra Asigurari, two companies owned by businessman Dan Adamescu, decided Monday to raise the insurer's share capital by RON490 million, with a first tranche of RON70 million, to improve prudential indicators, KPMG said Wednesday.
