Banca Transilvania Completes Share Capital Increase By RON417.4M

Romanian lender Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO) has completed an increase in share capital by 417.38 million lei, from RON2.608 billion to RON3.03 billion, by issuing 417.38 million new shares distributed to the bank’s existing shareholders.
