Bank Deleveraging Continued, Funding For Companies Up In 2016

The foreign debt of banks in Romania, which includes the short and long-term lines of credit from their parent banks, dropped by EUR3.4 billion last year and reached about EUR11.2 billion in December. The deleveraging process continues, Romania’s central bank data show.
