BCR Asigurari To Change Name To Omniasig And Lower Capital Before Merger

Romanian insurer BCR Asigurari will lower its share capital by 80.2 million (EUR18.5 million), to RON43.19 million, to cover losses posted before the merger with Omniasig Vienna Insurance Group, and will change its name to Omniasig when the merger process is finished in April 2012.
