BCR Grants Farmers Financings Of Up To 90% Of Subsidies’ Value

Farmers in Romania can receive financings from Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) of up to 90% of the value of subsidies they are going to cash from the agriculture support agency APIA, following an agreement concluded between BCR, APIA and the guarantee funds.
