Bernando Sanchez Incera Quits BRD-Soc Gen Board of Directors

Bernando Sanchez Incera has renounced his mandate as member of the Board of Directors of BRD – Groupe Societe Generale S.A., starting with June 21, 2018, the lender said in a statemnet Friday.
