Coman, ING: Life Insurance Back To Two-Digit Growth Next Year

Life insurance will not grow by more than 5% this year, but will revert to two-digit increases starting 2012, as the economy is expected to rebound and individuals’ incomes to go up, estimates Cornelia Coman, general manager of ING Asigurari, the largest company on the life insurance market. She is not ruling out a 15% increase in premiums underwritten by life insurers in 2012.
