Competition Council Looks Into Takeover Of Banca Romaneasca By OTP Bank Romania

Romania’s Competition Council on Wednesday said it is looking into the transaction whereby OTP Bank Romania is acquiring Banca Romaneasca SA, as well as the Romanian assets of the London subsidiary and of the branch in Malta belonging to the National Bank of Greece SA (NBG).
