Emporiki Bank Romania has increased its share capital by 61.9 million lei (EUR1=RON4.0858) to RON237.68 million by cash injection from its mother company, Emporiki Bank of Greece.

Early 2011, the Romanian lender reduced its capital by RON123.84 million to cover earlier losses.

Emporiki Bank of Greece, owned by Crédit Agricole, holds 99.6877% of the bank's shares.
