Getin Holding Increases RIB’s Share Capital By RON14M

Polish group Getin, which bought lender Romanian International Bank (RIB) in December 2013, in February this year increased the bank’s share capital by RON14 million, to RON137.02 million, and granted it a subordinated loan of EUR1.82 million.
