Insurer Astra’s Owner Challenges ASF Decision

After Romania’s Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF)’s chairman Dan Radu Rusanu and Corneliu Moldoveanu, the ASF vice-president in charge of the insurance market, told a news conference on Tuesday that insurer Astra had been placed under special administration, the company's owner Dan Adamescu responded in his own news conference.
