The integration of Volksbank into Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO) has reached the IT platform integration testing and simulation phase, and those in charge of the transition are preparing for the final stage, which will see the former’s customers ‘adopted’ by the latter, says Andrei Dudoiu, chief executive officer of Volksbank.
