Isarescu Says No Regrets Over Flexible Deal With Parent Banks

Romania’s flexible agreement with the parent banks of the top nine local lenders could pose some risks pertaining to capital levels, but the central bank has the means to monitor as well as control the money flows, central bank’s governor Mugur Isarescu said Monday.
