KMG International, Former Rompetrol, Borrows $200M From Several Banks To Refinance Loans

KMG International NV, formerly The Rompetrol Group NV, contracted a credit line of $200 million from several banks, at the end of August, which will be used to refinance loans and back the company’s business operations.
