Mortgage Lending Up To RON970M In October

Demand for homes and leu-denominated mortgage loans has gone up in the last few months of this year and in October banks granted 970 million lei (EUR209 million) loans so the stock of loans reached RON37.3 billion, according to Romania’s central bank data.
