New Leu-Denominated Consumer Loan Sales At Six-Year High In Jan-Sept

Banks sold 11 billion lei (EUR2.5 billion) in consumer loans in the first nine months, the highest level in the past six years. Sales of leu-denominated consumer loans were RON3 billion higher than in January-September 2014, according to Romania’s central bank data.
