Omniasig Posts 24% Higher Underwritings In 1Q

Insurance company Omniasig, owned by Austria's Vienna Insurance Group (VIG), underwrote gross premiums of 238 million lei (EUR54 million) in January to March, up 24% compared with the same period a year before, driven by sales of car insurance policies.
