PM: Cash Payments, Bank Fees Capped Jointly By Law

Cash payments will be capped jointly with bank fees, probably by law, not by ordinance, and the banks should agree with the decision, especially that they will benefit from a higher number of transactions, Prime Minister Victor Ponta stated.
