Pogonaru Quits BCR Supervisory Board To Avoid Conflict Of Interest

Florin Pogonaru has resigned from the position of member of the supervisory board of Romanian lender Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) to avoid a conflict of interests as one of his firms and an international fund will sign an agreement to acquire non-performing loans from Romanian banks, including BCR.
