Romania’s Banca Transilvania Plans To Acquire 39% In Moldova’s Victoriabank

Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO), the second largest bank in Romania, plans to acquire an initial stake of 39% in Victoriabank, Moldova’s third largest bank, the Romanian lender said in a statement sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange Tuesday evening.
