Romania Seeks New EUR1B Loan From World Bank Unit

Romania has asked for a new EUR1 billion development policy loan from the World Bank, part of a larger EUR4 billion program aimed at financing the country’s budget deficit, Finance Minister Daniel Chitoiu said Tuesday.
