The Romanian Banking Institute (IBR) marked its twelfth anniversary by launching two courses for bankers on the Romanian market – Chartered Banker and compliance analysts or officers, offered in collaboration with the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Manchester and the International Compliance Association (ICA).
