Volksbank Head: We Won’t Resume Loan Sales Aggressively

Austrian-owned Volksbank, which ranks eighth by assets in Romania, wants to gradually resume retail lending, frozen over the past two years, but its officials say it will focus more on transactional services and the development of alternative channels, such as Internet or mobile banking.
