ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Might Raise Capital By RON84.6M

Shareholders of Romanian steel pipes maker ArcelorMittal Tubular Products Iasi (TPRO.RO) will convene on January 16 to discuss raising the company’s capital by RON84.6 million, from RON6.5 million to RON91.1 million.
