Banca Transilvania Hikes Share Capital By RON695M

Romanian lender Banca Transilvania (TLV.RO) has increased its share capital by RON695 million, by issuing 695 million shares with a face value of RON1, and the bank’s capital thus reached RON4.341 billion.
