Banks Pushed Oversubscription Of Digi Shares Through Loans

The biggest sale of shares of a private company in the history of the Bucharest Stock Exchange ended on Wednesday at 5 p.m. Subscription of Digi shares on the retail segment stood at 4.3 billion lei (EUR1 billion), which mostly came from the banks serving as underwriters and from other banks on the market.
