Basescu Passes Law Raising SIF Ownership Cap To 5%

Romanian President Traian Basescu on Thursday signed the decree passing an amendment to Law 297/2004 on the capital market, which raises the limit on ownership in the five regional investment funds (SIFs), from 1% to 5%.
