Bucharest Stocks Open Down; SIF Oltenia, Transelectrica Fall On Ex-Date

Bucharest shares opened down Friday morning, tracking international markets, while power grid operator Transelectrica (TEL.RO) and regional investment fund SIF Oltenia (SIF5.RO) were losing over 7% after going ex-dividend.
