Bucharest bourse operator BVB (BVB.RO) will pay a gross dividend of 0.7015 lei (EUR0.17) per share from the net profit achieved in 2010, according to a shareholder decision issued Friday.

Thus, the company will pay a total dividend of some RON5.38 million, 31.4% less than in 2010. The total amount represents 94% of last year's net profit of RON5.7 million.

Another shareholder decision was to approve Grzegorz Konieczny, representative of Fondul Proprietatea's (FP.RO) manager Franklin Templeton, as board member, replacing Daniel Tepes.

Konieczny will replace Tepes for the remainder of his mandate, after the latter resigned citing personal reasons.

On the other hand, scheduled talks on the merger with Sibiu bourse Sibex were put off to Saturday, for lack of quorum. (EUR1=RON4.0744)
