Carbochim Seeks To Raise RON6.4M From Shareholders For Capital Hike

The managing board of Romanian abrasives maker Carbochim Cluj-Napoca (CBC. RO) has proposed to raise RON6.4 million from shareholders to increase the company’s share capital to RON16.1 million.
