EBRD Likely To Buy At Least EUR50M Worth Of Stock In Electrica

The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), one of the largest institutional investors present in Romania, is likely to invest at least EUR50 million in the initial public offering (IPO) to be carried out by electricity distributor and supplier Electrica, the only company in this field still in the hands of the Romanian state.
