IFond Financial Romania OKs RON456,000 Dividend From 2010 Profit

SAI Intercapital Investment Management’s fund iFond Financial Romania (IFR.RO) Tuesday approved paying out dividends of 456,000 lei (EUR111,943) from the 2010 profit.

SAI Intercapital Investment Management's fund iFond Financial Romania (IFR.RO) Tuesday approved paying out dividends of 456,000 lei (EUR111,943) from the 2010 profit.

iFond Financial is the first investment fund listed in Bucharest to pay dividends to its holders.

The fund will pay out a gross dividend of RON11.4 a unit.

Launched in September 2010, iFond Financial reported net profit of RON456,710 for the financial year ended in December.

Tuesday, iFond Financial closed flat at RON208 a unit. (EUR1=RON4.0735)
