Konieczny: Hidroelectrica Can Be Listed After Closure Of Insolvency Proceedings

The ruling of the Bucharest Court of Appeals issued on Thursday, as regards closing insolvency procedures of state-run hydropower generator Hidroelectrica, eliminates the last impediment for the company’s stock market listing, said Greg Konieczny, Chief Executive Officer and Portfolio Manager of investment fund Fondul Proprietatea.
