Lactalis Needs 20% More In Albalact To Delist It

French Lactalis group, which seeks to take over Romania’s largest dairy producer Albalact (ALBZ.RO), needs to get at least 20% more in Albalact from shareholders besides the 70% it persuaded the Ciurtin family and closed-ended fund company RC2 to sell to be able to delist the company from the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
