Lactalis Puts RON342M On The Table For All Of Albalact

French-held Lactalis is offering 342 million lei (EUR73 million) for all the Albalact (ALBZ.RO) shares after almost six months of talks and analysis and will therefore become the local dairy market leader. Lactalis now accounts for 14% of the market.
