Leu Hits 6-Week High Vs Euro, Exchange Rate At 4.4151

The Romanian leu slightly gained ground versus the euro by midday Thursday and the Romanian central bank set the leu’s reference rate versus the euro at 4.4151 units, up 0.69% from 4.4459 the previous day, and the highest value in the last six weeks.
