Minority Stake Sold In Romanian Concefa For RON5.85M

A 7.9% stake in Romanian construction company Concefa Sibiu (COFI.RO) was sold Tuesday on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, for a total 5.85 million lei (EUR1.4 million).

A 7.9% stake in Romanian construction company Concefa Sibiu (COFI.RO) was sold Tuesday on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, for a total 5.85 million lei (EUR1.4 million).

The 45 million shares were sold in two deal market transactions at RON0.13 per unit, down 4.13% on the reference.

At the same time, on the main market, Concefa shares were at RON0.133, down 1.92% on the day.

The company is 71.5% owned by general manager Horatiu Cercel and his mother. (EUR1=RON4.0815)
