Only One Bidder In Auction For Brokering Transgaz Public Offer

A consortium formed of Raiffeisen Capital&Investment, BT Securities and Czech brokerage firm Wood&Co was the sole bidder in the auction for a broker to intermediate the sale of a 15% stake in state-owned gas transporter Transgaz (TGN.RO).
