Petrom Offer Due In July

The sale of a 9.8% stake in Petrom (SNP.RO), the largest Romanian company, will be completed by late July, Economy Minister Ion Ariton has firmly stated. The minister’s statement is surprising as no public information about the stage of preparations for the largest stock sale offer in recent years has emerged over the past month.
