SIF Muntenia Transfers Minor BCR Stake To Erste, Collects RON70.1M

Regional investment fund SIF Muntenia (SIF4.RO) collected 70.1 million lei (EUR16.1 million) from Austrian Erste, representing the cash component delivered this year in the deal whereby the SIF sells the 6% it owns in lender BCR.
