Two Consortia File Bids To Broker Nuclearelectrica IPO

Two consortia have lodged offers to broker the sale of a 10% stake in Romanian state-owned energy producer Nuclearelectrica, the Economy Ministry, majority holder in the company, said in a statement Friday.
