27 Companies Rented More Than 2% Of Bucharest’s Office Space In H1

The office space market in Bucharest is not completely frozen but is not thawing up, either. In the first half, 27 companies rented 52,000 square meters of office space, or more than 2% of the stock in Bucharest, according to the data centralized by ZF taking into account the contracts for more than 1,000 square meters only. No company signed a deal for more than 5,000 square meters in the first half.
