Romanian Marcel Cobuz, former CEO of the subsidiaries of Indonesia and Iraq of French cement producer Lafarge, and one of the promoters of BVB development, is handling the pre-integration of French group Lafarge into giant LafargeHolcim, an entity due to be born in summer in the wake of the merger between Lafarge and Swiss company Holcim.
