Aktor-Vinci-Strabag Consortium To Sue Romania Over Annulment Of Comarnic-Brasov Auction

Greek company Aktor, along with Vinci and Strabag, plan to sue the Romanian state for having canceled the auction for the construction of the Comarnic-Brasov highway section, which had been won by the consortium made up of these three firms.
