Antitrust Body Clears Pasteur Filiala Filipesti SRL Takeover By Gardenica Limited

Romania’s Competition Council on Thursday said it has approved the deal whereby Gardenica Limited acquired companies Pasteur Filiala Filipesti SRL and Farmavet SA, as well as some of the assets used for the production of fodder of Agrozootehnica Pietroiu SA.
