Antitrust Body Clears Transaction Whereby Teraplast Fully Acquires Politub

Romania’s Competition Council has approved the transaction whereby Teraplast group, the biggest PVC processor in Romania and one of the main producers of materials for the constructions and installations market, has fully acquired Politub, one of the main players on the water and gas pipeline market.
